Dance With Me 

Dancers are accompanied by a parent or caregiver during this special class that is designed to help young children develop valuable social and physical skills! Parents and caregivers participate actively as children explore concepts including space, level, speed, and shape through dancing, play, storytelling, and props. This class is a wonderful way to connect and bond with your child as you discover the joys of dance and music together! 

Tiny Dancers (2.5-4)

Tiny Dancers is a progression from Dance With Me and a great choice for children who are ready to dance independently without a parent or caregiver present in class. This fun-filled introduction to ballet, jazz, and the world of dance encourages exploration of movement and physical skills, while also inspiring imagination and creativity through storytelling and props!   

Dancers MUST be potty trained, able to go to the bathroom without assistance, and able to be independent during class (parent participation is not allowed). 

Ages 3-5

Ages 3-5 years 
(Pre-K)

Tiny Ballet

Your dancer will explore and discover the magic of ballet through storytelling and props during this fun-filled class! Dancers will learn pre-ballet and dance skills geared towards improving musicality, motor skills, and agility while also developing social, behavioral, and cognitive skills.

 

All children MUST be potty trained & able to go to the bathroom without assistance. Parent participation is not allowed.

Tiny Stars (Hip Hop/Jazz/Ballet)

Combining hip hop, jazz, ballet, and creative movement, this introductory dance class is perfect for children who are filled with energy and who love to move and groove! Dancers will begin to learn foundational hip hop, jazz, and ballet skills while also developing social, behavioral, and cognitive skills.

All dancers MUST be potty trained & able to go to the bathroom without assistance. Parent participation is not allowed.

Tiny Ballet/Jazz

Combining ballet,  jazz, and creative movement, this class is a wonderful introduction to two different styles of dance! Dancers will explore and discover the magic and fun of ballet and jazz as they twirl, skip, jump, and leap throughout class. (Jazz shoes are not required for this class.)

All dancers must be potty trained & able to go to the bathroom without assistance. Parent participation is not allowed.

Tiny Tumblers (ages 4-6)

Tiny Tumblers is the perfect choice for children who are interested in gymnastics! This class will focus on introductory tumbling skills such as somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, and bridge while using mats and a balance beam.

All dancers must be potty trained & able to go to the bathroom without assistance. Parent participation is not allowed.

Ages 5-7

Minis: Ages 5-7 years
(K - 1st grade)

Mini Ballet

This introductory ballet class teaches the fundamentals of ballet vocabulary and technique while fostering a fun environment full of creativity and expression.

Mini Ballet/Jazz

Split into two parts, this class is the perfect way for your dancer to explore two different dance styles!

Creativity, fun, and imagination are encouraged throughout class as the your dancer explores the endless possibilities of movement. Ballet develops balance, grace, and an understanding body placement while jazz develops confidence, style, and pizazz. Jazz is an excellent compliment to ballet and taking both styles makes for a well rounded dancer.

Mini Ballet/Tap

Split into two parts, this class is the perfect way for your dancer to explore two different dance styles!

Creativity, fun, and imagination are encouraged throughout class as the your dancer explores the endless possibilities of movement. Tap develops musicality, precision, and coordination while ballet develops balance, grace, and an understanding body placement.

Mini Hip Hop

This class is packed with fun and athletic movement as dancers are introduced to the stylized technique, isolations, and rhythm of hip hop. 

Mini Hip Hop/Jazz

Mini Hip Hop/Jazz is a high energy combination class that focuses on the basics of both Hip Hop and Jazz. Dancers will explore isolations, grooves, and alignment while learning the building blocks for jumps, turns, and stalls.

Ages 6-10 years
(1st - 5th grade)

Tumbling 1 (ages 6-8)

Appropriate for Tumblers ages 6 & up.

 

Students will learn basic tumbling skills, such as somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, and bridge, while using mats, a balance beam, and additional gymnastics props. 
 

Tumbling 2 (ages 8-10)

Appropriate for Tumblers with 2-4 years of experience. 

 

Students will continue to learn basic tumbling skills, such as somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, and bridge, while eventually. progressing to more advanced skills such as front and back walkovers.
 

Cheer (ages 6-10)

Learn cheer positions, jumps, and routines that are incredibly fun and age appropriate in this intro to cheer class!

A set of pom poms will be purchased for each student enrolled in this class. 

Ages 7 & up

Ages 7 & up
(2nd grade through high school)

Ballet, Ballet Tech, Ballet Foundations

Ballet creates a strong foundation of technique for all other styles of dance and is essential for aspiring dancers. Ballet teaches precision, alignment, grace, and expression while also increasing dancers’ strength, flexibility, and balance through work at the barre and in center.

Ballet Tech classes are offered for levels offered for levels 3, 4 and 5. Dancers in these levels take ballet class two times per week to advance in their ballet technique and artistry, build strength and endurance,  and move toward future pointe work. 

*All pre-pointe and pointe students must be enrolled in a minimum of 2 ballet classes/week.

Ballet Foundations (ages 10+) if the perfect choice for motivated dancers with little to no previous ballet experience.

*One ballet class/week is required for all students enrolled in Lyrical Fusion, Contemporary, and Beg/Int. Jazz, Int. Jazz and Int/Adv. Jazz. 

Pointe & Pre-Pointe

Pointe is a very exciting step for ballet dancers who are advancing in their ballet training and technique. During pointe class, dancers wear special shoes called "pointe shoes". In order to progress to pointe and receive teaching approval, dancers are required to take pre-pointe class in order the develop the foot and ankle strength that is necessary for pointe work. 

Teacher approval & placement is required for this class.

*Dancers enrolled in Pointe and Pre-Pointe must be also be enrolled in a minimum of 2 ballet classes per week.

Jazz

Jazz is the best of both worlds- fun and pizazz plus stylized technique. During jazz class, dancers will learn a variety of leaps, kicks, floor work, turns, and jumps while also learning important terminology, exploring movement quality, and discovering style. Our jazz classes emphasize proper technique, alignment, and performance and are fun for all ages! 

*Dancers registered in Jazz are STRONGLY encouraged to take at least one Ballet class per week. 

Lyrical/Contemporary

Lyrical Fusion/Contemporary is a combination class that blends together various elements of lyrical and contemporary dance. Dancers are encouraged to learn how to emotionally connect with music and tell a story through their dancing while focusing on technique, expression, and dynamic movement.

*Dancers taking any level of Lyrical Fusion/Contemporary are required to register for at least one Ballet class per week.

Tap

Tap is a genre of dance that focuses on intricate foot movement to create patterns of sounds that emphasize the music. Tap is a balance between precise motor movement and upper body grace.

Hip Hop 

Hip Hop is packed with energetic and athletic movements that encourage dancers to discover their own personal style and groove. During class, dancers will learn isolations, popping, locking, and various hip hop styles and techniques. Hip hop helps dancers to develop balance, endurance, coordination, dynamic movement, and musicality within an incredibly up and upbeat enviroment. 

Hip Hop/Jazz Foundations (11+)

Specifically designed for beginning to beginning/intermediate level dancers who are ages 11 and older, Hip Hop/Jazz Foundations is the perfect choice for your dancer to learn the foundation of two styles of dance.

Hip Hop is packed with energetic and athletic movements that encourage dancers to discover their own personal style and groove, while jazz emphasizes proper technique, alignment, and performance quality. 

It is strongly recommended that dancers enrolled in Hip Hop/Jazz Foundations also enroll in Ballet Foundations. 

Musical Theatre 

Musical theatre combines dancing, acting, and singing into one fantastic class! Dancers will learn both classic and new-age choreography from a variety of musicals and movies.

Turns, Leaps, & Flexibility
Beg/Int. & Int/Adv.

Beg/Int Level: This class focuses on improving the balance, coordination, flexibility, and stability that is necessary for clean turns and powerful jumps! Using a combination of Pilates, Barre, and Floor Barre techniques, Turns, Technique, & Flexibility will help your dancer develop the core, leg, and arm strength that will bring their dancing to the next level.

This class is recommended for ALL dancers who are enrolled in Beg/Int. and Int. Jazz, Lyrical/Contemporary, and Ballet!

 

Int/Adv. Level: Dancers will learn and master a variety of turns, leaps, and tricks (floor work) in this extremely beneficial & technical class while also improving their flexibility in a safe and healthy way.

*This class is recommended for ALL dancers who are enrolled in Int. and Int/Adv. Jazz, Lyrical/Contemporary, and Ballet!

Strength & Technique

Appropriate for dancers and athletes ages 11 and up, Strength & Tech will challenge your dancer to reach their full potential. Using a combination of Pilates, Barre, aerobics, and Floor Barre techniques, this class focuses on improving balance, coordination, flexibility, and stability, while developing core, leg, and arm strength. It is recommended that ALL dancers who are enrolled in intermediate-intermediate/advanced level classes also enroll in Strength & Tech.
